Supreme and Ultimate
Question:
Is it time to reach out, and ramp up the dissemination of the Teachings to meet the advanced needs of the intelligence we now live in? Many now have been prepared to grasp advanced thinking, and the true reality of our spiritual journey here, to delight in the discovery of The Will of The Father, and his true nature.
Which brings me to this point.
Is what I am doing by providing a means of audio and visual presentations through the Streaming TV Channel and Apps, assembled to present a large selection from various Urantia believers' their thoughts, and imaginations expressed through technology. I feel a deep need to do something to bring awareness to the Fifth Epochal Revelation, through the means of today, like social media, visual and audio means, including some AI to enhance the internal desire for individuals to learn more of the truth.

Your question approaches the matter from the short end of the stick. I want to give you something more to consider, so I'll approach the answer from the long end of the stick. Please bear with me as I illustrate some of the big concepts that are important factors in your questions.
The Urantia Papers use two broad terms to make us aware of fundamental primary levels of universe functionality. Supreme and Ultimate. Both these terms cover broad concepts, principles that encapsulate laws and mechanics and creative intents and actions of all sorts.
To grasp this from the cosmic eternal perspective is complex and requires much mental conditioning, so I'll begin by presenting it to you from the earthly mortal plane first, using examples that you are familiar with, but perhaps never considered in this light before.
There are many physical, temporal and mortal analogies that can be used, and I'll present a few to you to help illustrate what the concepts and mechanics of Supreme and Ultimate are and how they differ from each other.
The great analogy of a mortal human being.
Supreme (one level) = Embryonic stage (the foetus inside the mother's womb)
Ultimate (four levels) = Infant, Child, Teen, Adult (individual life outisde the mother's womb).
The analogy of a house.
Supreme = Building a house, living in it and doing routine maintenance.
Ultimate = Restoring a damaged or run down house.
The mechanics of Supremacy is evolution, and evolution is strictly a building (transitive verb) and management process with simple non-destructive adjustments made along the way. Think of it as building a house, living in it and doing regular maintanence on it (cleaning, painting, minor repairs etc). When evolution is spoken of from the point of view of Deity it is called Supremacy.
Ultimacy as we are experiencing it on Urantia these days is a reengineering or transformation process that sometimes requires demolishing the old to make way for the new. Think of it as a broken down house that needs major repairs (new roof, new windows and doors, new wiring and plumbing etc), some down to its foundation. The house needs to be reengineered, (or transformed in the case of adding new rooms). This is the current state of Urantian civilization which is undergoing a period of reengineering and transformation.reengineering. Our foundation is still good but much that was built on top was not up to code and needs to be replaced or significantly overhauled to become compliant with the universe again.
In the Urantia Community we refer to two primary ongoing events. First is Michael's Correcting Time which is a civilisational reengineering process (mentioned above) designed to eradicate the problems of rebellion, and realign Urantia with the path leading to eventual Light and Life status.
Second is the Planetary Transformation project, which is as the name indicates a transformation process reaching far beyond the Correcting Time and Light and Life. This project is related specifically to the fact that Christ Michael carried out His seventh and terminal bestowal on this planet. The details of this transformation project are beyond the scope of this answer.
The analogy of a wall.
Imagine a wall that has been covered in graffitti by misbehaving people.
There are two solutions to dealing with the problem.
Option 1. Get some paint and paint the wall to cover the graffitti. This is the Supreme Evolutionary approach. Jesus, the UB, the Teaching Mission all teach this approach. That we need not fight evil. We simply need to let in Light and Love as the cure (let Light and Love paint over the evil). This is Supreme Evolutionary and highly personal. It is an individualistic approach rooted in personal free will.
Option 2. Get a pressure washer and blast wash away the graffitti (actively fight the evil) and restore the wall to its original condition. This is the Ultimate Transcendental approach. This is Trinity based (Trinity Ultimate) and therefore impersonal, grounded in delegated authority of group dynamics rather than personal free will.

Some useful examples.
Our financial systems were designed to serve rebels and greed, and must be completely replaced as they cannot be fixed (this is mostly accomplished already - the analog Swift is nearly shut down and BRICS and QFS digital systems are taking over). The entire financial conundrum since November 1999 is about the switch from analog (FAX system) to a digital system, sometimes referred to as Quantum.
Our medical systems are largely designed as a profit making business for pharmaceutical corps. and must be extensively overhauled (this one will take a long time).
Our education system is nothing but a system of mind control and indoctrination into the rebel slave mindset and must be thoroughly cleansed and seriously re-evaluated (this one will take some time, and we probably don't even need it anymore).
Our religions have been so subverted that they need major overhauls at a minimum, and the worst ones need complete eradication.
Our governments (over 95% of them) are rotten to the core (I know because I used to work there) and built on abject fraud and iniquity. Again, major government overhauls are needed and certain departments to be completely eradicated. Think D.O.G.E.
These are all things that cannot be fixed by normal evolution and must therefore be transcendended. The reengineering and demolishing aspects of Ultimacy must take care of these tenacious problems so that our planetary evolution can be put back on a proper footing.
All of this has to do with evolutionary problems of the past that have persisted until today (but have become too severe to be fixed by routine maintenance), and is for the purpose of bringing mankind back onto its proper path to Light and Life. By and large these are civilisational corrections.
But there's more. Beyond what I described so far lies something called Planetary Transformation.
Supreme/Evolution = Planetary Management ⏵ Civilisation ⏵ Light and Life.
Ultimacy applied to Planetary Management = Planetary Reengineering (The Correcting Time due to rebellion).
Ultimacy applied to the physical planet = Planetary Transformation project (due to Michael's bestowal).
As you can no doubt determine by now, most people operate totally oblivious to these differences between Supreme and Ultimate, despite being surrounded by them in daily life. And this is where so much misunderstanding, misinterpretation, confusion, disagreement, disunity and conflict arises.
We are drowing in a world where people bring their individual personal affairs into the impersonal group arena and vice versa. Governments around the world are guilty of imposing and trespassing their group dynamics onto individual personal affairs. People everywhere are guilty of wanting impersonal group government to take care of their individual personal issues. It's a total shit show my friend!
But how does this answer the question?
I believe there is no clear answer to the question, because there are still far too many things in flux.
In regards to the current status of the Correcting Time, I feel that the efforts you mentioned in your question are compatible with the Correcting Time. You need to be aware that the Correcting Time is a combination of evolution + transcendence, which equates to a form of reengineering (aka major corrections).
Is it time to unleash themyour efforts on the public? I feel only Spirit can answer or guide you on the timing, because there are far too many things we mortals are not aware of. Then again, Spirit will never contravene your free will.
Where does the Urantia Movement fall in the scheme of things? I believe it is very conventional and well within the normal evolutionary operational parameters. It certainly falls within the Fifth Epochal Revelation, but the means and ways employed do not appear to be part of the Correcting Time operations.
Where does UTL fall into the scheme of things? I believe UTL is attempting to bring about a paradigm shift in religion, and that places it with one foot in evolution and one foot in transcendence (paradigm shift). I believe UTL is positioned within the Correcting Time operations.
Therefore from that perspective, I would not hesitate to say go forth with Urantia Movement and give it a try. If your efforts are going public prematurely,premature, then I am certain that Spirit will find a way to let you know. If your timing is correct then your efforts should soon flourish.
I believe UTL is aiming for something greater, but how that will manifest remains unclear to me.
In regards to the Planetary Transformation project which is a very long term project.project beyond the scope of the Correcting Time. I do not believe that your ongoing efforts with Urantia Movement and UTL are part of the Planetary Transformation project at this time. The information that I am privy to about this stupendous project indicates that totally new hollographic 3D real world immersive simulation technologies will be invented or revealed to Urantia, and that gigantic facilities will be built on Urantia where students will be housed and fully trained using these new immersive technologies. Things like the Urantia Papers and the Urantia Movement will become irrelevant once such systems are built and in use. Someone compared these facilities to something similar to the hollodecks of the Star Trek movies. These new systems are not yet here. Some aspects of them are currently being developped and experimented with (technologies, curriculums etc), but we are still generations away from widespread implementation of these systems.
If you're looking for my advice, well here it is. Proceed forward,forward with Urantia Movement, slowly at first and with caution. Remain ever alert at any warning signs Spirit might be giving you that you need to stand down. By the end of 2026, if no clear signs indicate that you are premature, then continue forward into 2027.
If in 2026, the doors swing wide open and you experience explosive growth, proceed forward, but be mindful not to over extend yourself and your resources, and always be mindful that explosive growth can have recoil effects and that can cause problems in itself. In short, be wise every step of the way. Be ever vigilant of potential backstabbers in the Urantia Foundation and their extended organisations, until they have proven themselves trustworthy. Seek out good counsel forfrom varied sourcesofferingsources offering different perspectives. Don't lock yourself into a narrow mindset, although we often need to restrict ourselves to a narrow set of operating parameters. In project management we call that managing the scope of a project. Letting your scope expand too much (scope creep) is the most common cause of project failures.
