What is the Planetary Transformation?

Everything presented in this document is according to the best comprehension of the mortal participants as it was either discerned through their actual experience, or revealed by the celestial associates involved in this massive project.

This planet, Urantia (Earth) is only now coming out of its lengthy phase of rebellion against universe authorities and the Creator Son. In addition, about 2000 yrs. ago our Creator Son bestowed Himself on this planet, which allowed Him to claim it as His own, for His own particular use, and He has special plans for this planet. In the early part of the 21^st century, the effects of these two major events from long ago are culminating into a situation that now calls for special and unprecedented intervention by the Creator Son and His vast staff. This intervention is required to bring about two things which are considered part of the Planetary Transformation.

1. To finish cleaning up and repairing the damage left in the wake of the Lucifer rebellion.
   
   Planetary healing follows a process similar to individual healing, the difference is that it manifests through group dynamics. Our social institutions are embedded with distorted mindsets that maintain unstable ways of life. These mindsets must be transformed by the higher values of Truth Beauty and Goodness which will bring love, compassion and peace to our social institutions.
   
   Our global culture exhibits these distorted mindsets at all levels of life — how destructive and unstable they are. We are now at a dangerous precipice, and a most opportune time to awaken to a collective perspective that there are superior and wiser approaches to our social and systemic ills.
   
   The healing of our planetary consciousness is now well underway. People are being internally stimulated by spirit guidance, providing antidotes to the human suffering and misery that contribute to the illness of the planet. Love must dominate. Compassion must reign. Understanding must thrive. How much we grow as a civilisation is the sum total of how much each one of us grows individually.
   
   The struggle we face today as an advancing civilisation is that we must now re-pattern ourselves in a superior way that will allow the dominant forces of the past to be overshadowed by better methods and processes, all guided by, and responsive to, wisdom. We are not facing this enormous challenge alone. Tremendous help, both cosmic and divine, is here now to help us and guide us.
   
   Not only is the damage at the physical and social level that we mortals can perceive, there has also been damage done at a higher level, beyond our mortal perception, damage that requires direct cosmic intervention to repair and rebuild. Damage to the Adjutant Mind Circuits for example. Several of these circuits have been severely attacked and damaged and needed repair, and that was no trivial task. These damaged circuits have been repaired, fully tested and recently returned to full service.
   
   As of the last quarter of 2023 all Urantia mortals with Thought Adjusters have been transferred over to Adjutant Mind Spirit reception via the new Supreme Adjutant Mind Spirit Circuits. All non-Adjustered Urantia mortals remain receptive of the original Adjutant Mind Spirit Circuits which have been repaired of the rebellion damage, and restored to full functionality.
   
   
2. To begin preparing this planet for the next phase in its evolution.
   
   Our Creator Son, Michael of Nebadon, who incarnated here as Jesus of Nazareth, has grand plans for this planet. Because of our extreme experience with cosmic rebellion, Michael has decreed that an intergalactic Rebellion School shall be set up on this planet. This alone will transform this once lowly, mostly insignificant planet on the outer edge of the galaxy into a major intergalactic destination for the study of rebellion.
   
   New potentials were actualized in the Local Universe of Nebadon consequent upon the terminal bestowal of Michael as Jesus of Nazareth, and one of these was the new illumination of the path of eternity that leads to the Father of all, and which can be traversed even by the mortals of material flesh and blood in the initial life on the planets of space. Urantia Book 101:6.10
   
   Jesus provided living examples of all 1,000 Supreme Spirit Values that illuminate this path through his Life and Teachings, which laid the foundation for the upcoming Direct Ascension School. The KJV Bible contains 585 of these Supreme Spirit Values, and the Urantia Book has all 1,000.
   
   On Urantia, all 1000 Supreme Spirit Values are now open for capture like a Boy/Girl Scout earns a merit badge. This was Michael's plan from the start: to design a Direct Ascension School where finite-mortals can attain an experiential realization of the Father's perfect personality without ever leaving Urantia. By
   laying down the template for all 1,000 Supreme Spirit Values during his life in-the-flesh he opened the gates to ascension through the capture of these values.
   
   Urantia is unique in that it provides the requisite "Battlefield of Life" necessary for total capture of these values. Someday we'll fully appreciate our great fortune of calling Urantia home.

The establishment and construction of these two magnificent and stupendous learning centres, the Rebellion School and the Direct Ascension School, require a number of important infrastructure systems to be constructed and put into service. While we are not privy to every new system that will be required, we are aware of the new Supreme Adjutant Mind Spirits Circuit.

The Institute of Christ Consciousness (ICC) and the Truth Beauty and Goodness Commission (TBG) have been actively participating in various aspects of the Adjutant Mind Circuitry work being carried out on this planet. Through our work on this phenomenal project we have acquired a certain knowledge of these systems which we will attempt to explain. If you cannot make sense of this information do not be alarmed. These are matters which are somewhat beyond normal mortal comprehension.

The Institute of Christ Consciousness is involved in the planetary circuitry repair of the human spirit-mind-body continuum at the personal and global levels. Due to the rebellion’s corruption of the planet’s divine plan of evolution, the synergy between the individual’s mind and the planetary mind has lacked the necessary and correct communication pathways that would have fostered a vibrant, healthy, and spiritual enlightened planetary culture. 

One of the greatest impediments to human spiritual and soul growth exists between the relationship of Creator-Parent and human child. The planetary rebellion interfered with the concept of Selfhood, disconnecting us from the deep awareness that we originate within the greater Personality/Self of our Creator, and each individual personality/self is a part of this overarching aspect of Deity. The rebels placed many circuits of erroneous language and coding to maintain states of fear and unworthiness within the human mind/memory system. This insidious encoding has been threaded into not only how our minds function, but also into our DNA. The rebels well understood how human mind and body functions, and they did their utmost to instill what could be called “spiritual viruses” to prevent our deep recognition and divine birthright to receive and perceive divine love from our Creator.

The circuitry corrections conducted at the ICC restore the original relationship between human child and Creator Parent. The divine design of humanity originates with the bestowal from the Creator of the image of the higher Personality/Self of the individual as a blueprint for the eternal ascension career. Within the personality/self-structure is the Indwelling Spirit from our Creator which acts as a “thought adjuster” to help human mind perceive the divine inner guidance to cultivate the growth of the soul. The soul is the eternal part of our individuality and grows through our aligning our thoughts, feelings, and actions with what our Spirit conveys. The Spirit Within knows the divine plans for the individual contained with the personality/self blueprint and patiently assists the human ward to open to divine guidance and cooperation with the divine plans for first, the human life, and then for the evolutionary ascension to higher states of being.

The planetary rebels could not interfere with our innate divine design that originates at the core of reality — Paradise. However, they did place within human consciousness at the evolutionary level, a myriad of negative codes to deflect the divine inner spark of Deity, and corrupt human mind from operating the way it was originally designed by our Divine Parents, who are our Creators at the time-space level. Now it is time for all of the error to be reversed, for humanity to return to its divine design, and to receive the necessary spiritual light fibers that reverberate and calibrate what is evil and sinful and absorbed into divine Truth.  

While the circuitry corrections conducted through the ICC ministry under the overcontrol of many divine personalities and celestial helpers function at two levels — personal and planetary, the process is similar. The microcosm affects the macrocosm and vice-versa. For example, once an individual’s mind/memory circuits are repaired and calibrated to one’s divine life plans and patterns, there is a ripple effect into the collective mind circuits and adds more spiritual light into the planetary fabric of life. Conversely, the more the planetary mind circuits are cleared of the erroneous programming from the rebellion, there is more light-space within human mind to connect with the higher information streaming into the planet by the divine realms and people have more direct access to their Father Fragments and our Divine Parents.

It is difficult for the human mind to grasp such large concepts and systems that can't even be seen, so we have designed some simple diagrams and explanations that may help illustrate, in human terms, some aspects of these new circuits and the work involved.

While the original (and now repaired) 7 Adjutant Mind Spirits Circuit will continue to serve the mortal life of this planet (non-adjustered man through all 7 circuits, and higher animals through the first 5 circuits), those with Thought Adjusters will access a new system of mind circuits which we have labelled the Supreme Adjutant Mind Spirits Spirits Circuit. These new circuits were installed several years before this writing, as part of the repair process of the damaged original Adjutant Mind Spirits Circuit. These new circuits acted as a temporary bypass and replacement for the original circuits while they were shut down for repair and testing.

During that shutdown period many strange things happened on the planet due to the disruption. Many have noticed it, people acting strangely and in inexplicable ways never seen before, even higher animals sometimes acted strangely. These were symptoms of the planet wide shutdown of these damaged circuits, and the effects will take some years before they gradually fade away. Every effort was made by all involved to minimize the disruptions, but remember that we are talking about shutting down a planetary scale system that supports nearly 8 billion people and countless higher animals, and switching all these living beings over to a temporary system, and at the end of the repairs, switching the repaired circuits back on and returning billions of people and animals back to them. There were bound to be some glitches and unexpected occurrences, and most of us have witnessed or felt some of them. The good news is that no serious or permanent problems occurred when viewed from a planet wide perspective.

Keep in mind that when the original Adjutant Mind Spirit Circuits were first installed on this planet long ago, there were very few humans to connect to them. This allowed everything about the system to evolve seamlessly and very slowly as the population of mankind increased in numbers, with gradual and subtle adjustments being made along the way over many millennia of time. What we are describing on this page is an entirely different situation, where the system must immediately handle a vast civilisation of many billions of living creatures of every level of intellect and mind capacity. This required that a significant amount of testing be done by mortal test subjects before putting the system into service. This allowed for the discovery and resolution of many problems before they could spread across the planet, some of which could have been disastrous.

Moving forward, the new Supreme Adjutant Mind Spirits Circuit will provide an enhanced foundation for the Direct Ascension School and its advanced curriculum.

The Institute of Christ Consciousness Repair Protocol

Here is a synopsis of the process:

Where the words LIGHT and TRUTH are capitalized, the context is spiritual light and spiritual truth.

1. There must be willingness on the part of the individual or group for the intended healing and circuitry clearing to be conducted.
2. A prayer of intention is lifted up to the universe and Paradise levels to begin the down-flow of spiritual energy.
3. The correct information containing the divine meaning and value appears as language energy and appears within the mind and focus is held within the heart-soul circuit for the energies to imprint upon the mind/memory circuits. The language is composed of color, light, symbols, codes, geometry, and sound which are the divine pattern that needs to be incorporated into the human mind-body/memory system.  
4. The language energies are directed into the erroneous memory experience, and an infusion of LIGHT exposes the incorrect coding for it to be recalibrated to the higher divine pattern for its negative information to lose its influence within either the individual memory experience or the greater planetary experience.
5. The divine LIGHT spirals into the erroneous coding and exposes the mental and emotional component of the experience that the higher divine perspective can be seeded into it, and imprints upon the experience going down into the root cause of when the distortion began. Most of the correction is focused into unconscious memory where blind spots in human perception exist and prevent an individual from perceiving divine TRUTH.
6. While the exchange process unfolds, people report feeling internal shifts of energy and a lightening of an internal burden. At the planetary level, while the new encoding imparts into the collective mind/memory circuits, more TRUTH-LIGHT is conveyed into the circuits, assisting in the collective shift to perceive more from the universe circuits of Mind and open more to the evolutionary Deity of the Supreme Being to integrate the planetary mind into the higher dimensions.
7. All of these changes are designed to help human Personality open to communicate to the human mind/memory system and to facilitate reception and recognition of the individual’s soul purpose. At the planetary level, the infusions are designed to help the planet’s evolving soul mind contribute to the higher mind of the planet — the Supreme Being.
8. Human personality as bestowed by the Paradise Father then has more ability to help human potential activate through the influence of the Father fragments having more spiritual inner space to help an individual perceive the divine guidance that supports soul growth. The soul body expands and emits light fibers to the physical body to enhance the physical vibratory rate to higher levels, encouraging greater healing and health. Most of the correction occurs within the molecular structure of the body.  
9. This same dynamic applies to the planetary level to help humanity open to its collective creative spiritual potential when focus is directed into the planetary circuits as facilitated by divine personalities, archangels, planetary seraphim and Midwayers, and other universe helpers.

As a facilitator of the correction process at the personal level, Donna D'Ingillo connects with a person’s Father fragment and asks what the individual needs for their higher development. I also ask our Divine Parents to provide the necessary endowments from each Deity. The synergy of Mother and Father holds the individual in the correct environment for the individual to imprint upon the characteristics of each Parent, which facilitates the repatterning. From our Divine Mother, She provides the environment of Her Universe Womb of Life to secure a person in Her Safety + Security to enhance the individual’s ability to perceive the higher setting for their soul to grow. From our Divine Father, we imprint upon His higher Personality characteristics of Love and Validation of our right to develop our Personality/Self potential and soul growth.  

At the planetary level, I appeal to our Divine Parents by asking for what our world needs to overcome the deficits of the past, and to incorporate the higher divine design and plans for our world to evolve to its destiny of Light and Life. They always offer the spiritual, mindal, and physical substances the planetary mind needs to provide the greater divine structure for the global mind circuits to cooperate with the divine design. A wide variety of energetic “exchanges” are involved: the erroneous information contained within the planetary mind is exposed, revealing rebellion language coding, and the divine design and information imprints and calibrates upon the erroneous information to elevate it up into the divine design. The energetic infusion from our Parents goes deep into planetary memory circuits, even down to the roots of the rebellion memory so that the memory imprint has the ability to receive and perceive the divine design. Then more circuitry connections are conducted at the various dimensional levels to bring the planet back into the Universe Fabric of Life so that there is more “bandwidth” for the higher planetary “Supreme” mind to evolve.  

The Truth Beauty and Goodness Commission Testing Protocol

Below is the process diagram of the testing loop that was used by the Truth Beauty and Goodness Commission during most of the 2023 winter (northern hemisphere) to get the new Supreme circuits conditioned and ready to receive billions of Urantian minds.

[1] The Human Evaluator was only partially aware of the special spirit interaction happening between Nebadonia and Master Architect 11 on Salvington. The Human Evaluator's awareness of these interactions was on a need to know basis.
[2] The Human Evaluator was fully aware of the connection with Master Architect 11.
[3] The Human Tester and the Human Evaluator interacted with each other the way humans normally do while sitting next to each other and talking. The Human Tester was also aware of special testing signals coming through the Supreme Adjutant Mind Spirit circuits and originating from Nebadonia. The Human Tester would send direct feedback to Nebadonia through their connection. The Human Evaluator would receive direct human feedback from the Human Tester, and then transmit this feedback directly to Master Architect 11 through their connection [2].

This created a complete testing feedback loop where Master Architect 11 provided new settings to be tested directly by Nebadonia [1], Nebadonia sent new Supreme Adjutant Mind Spirit circuit test signals to the Human Tester. The Human Tester then provided feedback to both Nebadonia (via direct mind connection) and to the Human Evaluator (as human interpretation) [3]. The Human Evaluator then passed human interpretations to Master Architect 11 [2].
